After the extremely successful year 2018 for the Loxandra Ensemble, they are now on their big 'In Transition' Tour 2019. The band has their album of the same name in their luggage, which was #3 in the Europan World Music Charts in May 2018 (www.wmce.de), and an almost endless list of international reviews.
Rembetiko, Greek and Turkish folk music, sounds of the Arab world, the Caucasus and the Balkans, all this can be found in the music of the Loxandra Ensemble. With their live show, the eight-member band enchants the audience and takes them on a journey through 1000 and one night...
The Loxandra Ensemble from Thessaloniki and Athens stops at MUPA Budapest, Mühle Hunziken in Rubigen/Bern, Sargfabrik in Vienna and other venues in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and Belgium.
